This is a first for me.....

I made these notes with and without a place to put a photo of the one sending the thank you note. Amy is only one of the designers of the Holly Jolly Blog Train. You can find her at Stop #28.

The Holly Jolly Blog Train is quite large and well worth the effort of collecting it. You will enjoy the ride! Be sure and let the designers know how much you appreciate their time, money and effort by leaving at least a "little Thank You". As you know as a crafter, you never make any money off crafts it is a "Gift of Love".
I am wishing each of you a very Merry Christmas" and may God continue to bless you and yours.
Love,
Carla Jo

Aluminum Foil

If any of you already knew about this, I want to know why you never told me!!!! Do you know all the aggravation you could have saved me?

Aluminum Foil
OK I hope I am not the only person who didn’t know this. I checked and sure enough it is there.
I've been using aluminum foil for more years than I care to remember. Great stuff, but sometimes it can be a pain. You know, like when you are in the middle of doing something and you try to pull some foil out and the roll comes out of the box. Then you have to put the roll back in the box and start over. The darn roll always comes out at the wrong time.Well, I would like to share this with you.Yesterday I went to throw out an empty Reynolds foil box and for some reason I turned it and looked at the end of the box. And written on the end it said, 'Press here to lock end'. Right there on the end of the box is a tab to lock the roll in place. How long has this little locking tab been there? I then looked at a generic brand of aluminum foil and it had one, too. I then looked at a box of Saran wrap and it had one too! I can't count the number of times the Saran warp roll has jumped out when I was trying to cover something up.I hope I'm not the only person that didn't know about this.

Rar Extensions

I was really frustrated! I couldn't extract one of the designers part of a Mega Kit.

Since then I have discovered that I am not the only one who didn't know how to extract a .rar extension.

It really is very simple when you know the answer.

There is a FREE download and I have added the site. http://www.download.com/7-Zip/3000-2250_4-10045185.html I can extract almost any form of download after I downloaded 7-zip.

And the best part is I can do 10 or more extractions at a time. All you have to do is go to your zip files for September Mega Kit and select 6 by holding down the Ctrl Key and clicking on the ones I want. Then right click and the 7-zip comes up I click on that and it asks me if I want to extract it to "*\" and I click on that, and it extacts them. (I usually do 6 because that is how they are on my screen).I don't know if your members know it or not but there are some really beautiful kits and freebies out there in .rar and they are really missing out.
